Steps
- Open Conversations and select the appropriate site.
- Identifies unresolved queries, repeated responses or unnecessary referrals.
- Distinguishes a missing piece of information, an outdated source, and a tone instruction.
- Correct the appropriate source and repeat the question without copying the customer’s personal data.
What to evaluate
Check that it answers the question, uses verifiable data, doesn’t claim compatibility without evidence, and offers a proportionate next step. A long answer is not necessarily a useful answer.
Privacy
History may contain information written by visitors. Limit access to authorized personnel and do not export conversations to public channels. Do not use screenshots with telephone numbers, emails or customer payment information without hiding them.
How to verify it worked
The correction improves the original case and a variant of the question without breaking already correct answers.
