Use a sitemap and product index
Helps the agent discover published pages and listings.

Steps
- Identifies the domain’s own public sitemap or authoritative index file.
- In the available index option, register the URL or upload the file supported by the panel.
- Start reading and review discovered, processed and failed pages.
- Check a product sheet and service page after you finish.
What does the sitemap provide?
It is a list of addresses, not a complete database of prices or inventory. The agent still needs to read useful data from those pages or the connected catalog. A sitemap that points to removed content does not create valid products.
Separation by business
Do not upload third-party indexes to complete a catalog. The scope should be kept to the authoritative sources on your site. If an upload is rejected, retain the error and check domain, format, and availability.
Update
When you remove or change pages, you also update your publication and index. Synchronizing may be necessary for the agent to stop using a previous version.
How to verify it worked
The index discovers real content of the business and does not mix business profiles from another domain.
