Synchronize and review progress
Updating fonts is not just about pressing a button.

Steps
- Open Site Feeds and select Sync Now.
- Wait for the discovery and reading stages. Review processed, failed and final status.
- Check the available history and confirm the termination date.
- Test an updated data from the preview and from the public widget.
Partial errors
A synchronization can discover pages that it cannot read later. Check which ones are critical. If the page requires login, blocks requests, or returns an error, changing the tone doesn’t solve it.
Before repeating
Avoid launching multiple synchronizations in a row. Save the error message, verify that the source site responds, and correct the problem. A recent start date does not demonstrate successful completion.
How to verify it worked
The final status and sample responses confirm the update; It is not enough to see “in process”.
