Steps
- In My account, review the plan, validity period and usage displayed for your account.
- Before upgrading, check the unit measured by the counter: searches, responses or another capacity.
- To subscribe or review a purchase, use the commercial section and keep your order number.
Different counters
A regular search is not equivalent to a response generated by an AI provider. The number of technical calls to the provider does not necessarily equal the number of commercial responses either. Do not calculate your customer balance by multiplying one by the other.
Payments and activation
Payment methods and purchase status depend on the available commercial configuration. Returning to a success page does not prove a payment is complete: check the order and actual activation. This help center does not publish fixed prices or capacities because they may vary by plan.
AI budget
NegocioLibre manages providers, rates, allocations and internal spending. Customers do not need to enter an API key or buy credit directly from DeepSeek to use an included feature. If an allowance runs out, request an increase through the authorized sales channel.
