A conversation ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Messages within an active session count as one conversation. The allowance is shared across the websites in your account and resets on day 1 of each month (UTC). A failed generation does not use a new conversation. Annual billing provides 12 months of service for the price of 10.
The scope of preparation, additional reports, support and custom integrations is confirmed in writing; custom development is not automatically included. Payments are processed in WooCommerce using the methods available at checkout.
